Description
The Sureway Agent Recruiter will recruit, qualify, and sign on Sureway Agents in accordance with company and department staffing, quality, and safety goals and objectives. This role provides recruitment support to the Sureway team by developing and executing recruiting strategies that align with business growth objectives. The Recruiter is responsible for generating, managing, and converting a pipeline of prospective agents through proactive outreach, timely follow-up with inbound leads, and recruiting marketing initiatives in partnership with Marketing. This position plays a key role in achieving monthly agent acquisition goals while delivering a positive candidate experience and maintaining alignment with ATS and Sureway standards.
Education and Experience
1. High School diploma required and 2-4 years of experience in a customer-driven environment preferred.
2. 2+ years of industry experience is strongly preferred but not required.
3. Must have experience in prospecting, lead generation, and meeting quotas.
4. Must be an energetic, driven, persuasive, creative, detail-oriented, team player with strong written and verbal communication, and customer service skills.
5. Experience in developing strong relationships (personal/practical needs) to effectively manage, plan, and prioritize workload.
6. Strong interpersonal skills; able to establish trust and rapport with all levels of staff. Able to relate effectively to diverse cultures.
7. Experience maintaining candidate, customer, or sales pipelines within a CRM, applicant tracking system, or similar system preferred.
8. Strong planning and problem-solving skills; able to identify and resolve problems promptly.
9. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
10. Must be able to demonstrate a proactive commitment to ATS corporate values and the success of all staff.
11. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
13. Willing and able to travel infrequently, including overnight travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Recruit applicants using tools such as ZoomInfo, LoadBoards, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other resources to generate leads and contact applicants via phone, email, and video chat.
2. Follow company standards, procedures, and proven retention criteria to recruit the best possible talent.
3. Review applications and leads received through third-party channels, evaluating each against ATS and Sureway hiring criteria.
4. Contact applicants who meet the criteria via telephone or email and explain the agent program to determine fit.
5. Maintain and manage an active applicant and prospect pipeline within CRM and recruiting systems, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and progression of candidates through the recruiting process.
6. Proactively follow up with inbound recruiting leads, marketing-generated inquiries, and prospective agents to maximize lead conversion and support monthly recruiting goals.
7. Partner with the Marketing team to develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns and lead nurturing strategies for marketing-qualified and recruiting-qualified leads.
8. Monitor, and report on recruiting funnel activity, lead conversion metrics, and pipeline performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
9. Collaborate with Sureway leadership and Marketing to develop recruiting, sourcing, and marketing strategies that support monthly agent acquisition and onboarding goals.
10. Qualify applicants according to guidelines by vetting customers and reviewing conflicts, as well as running background checks as required.
11. Review agent hiring decisions with the Regional Manager and VP of Sureway.
12. Assist with onboarding new agents to the rest of the team and mentoring as needed.
13. Meet monthly agent recruiting, onboarding, and lead conversion goals established by the department.
14. Understands and consistently performs by ATS's Mission, Vision, and Values.
15. Support ATS’ culture by aligning actions, behaviors, performance, and decisions in accordance with the Company’s values as set forth in our All-Employee Competencies.
16. Complete work responsibilities outside of normal business hours as needed and infrequent travel may be required.

Competitive Compensation
· Base salary: $50,000 to $70,000 annually
· Monthly incentive opportunity with excellent earning potential based on individual performance
· Compensation is determined by experience, education, certifications, location, and overall qualifications
