Provide service and customer support on technical procedures and/or resolve technical issues.
Your Impact
Principal Duties:
- Operate and maintain 3D Printer and Post-processing machines for O&P device fabrication
- Use quality management software to log and track operations
- Inspect parts for defects, accuracy, and compliance with established standards
- Collaborate with other production, engineering, and quality teams to solve problems and continuously improve processes.
Knowledge and Skill
- Basic computer and software skills, comfortable with learning new software systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Up to one year of related experience is required.
Additional Success Factors
Basic electric/electronic fundamental knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Experienced with test and measurement equipment
Able to build positive relationships with customers
Familiar with company’s procedures and protocols
