Specialist, Transactional Sourcing- India

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: 

The Transactional Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and implementing improvements to the current process for the creation of purchase orders and requisition supporting the regions of: MX, NAM and SAM CAM .

 

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responsible to create Purchase Orders in Oracle. 
• Ensure the ethics and compliance of Procurement Department through the audits, training and education of the stakeholders.
• Support with reporting and developing metrics for Procurement Department 
• Troubleshooting with internal systems to create Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
• Support and train internal users of the purchasing process, ensuring alignment with policies and procedures. 
• Perform tasks as assigned by the leadership and applies experience to align individual work with overall strategy using discretion and judgment.
• Identify, propose and implement process improvements.
• Standardize process across multiple regions, managing cross functional stakeholders.
