Accounts Payable Administrator - Europe South | Fixed Term Contract
This position is a 1 year fixed term contract.

About the role:
As an Administrator you will join our Accounts Payable team and manage France, Spain, Portugal and Italy markets.

What you will do:
Invoice Processing: Handle supplier invoices in SAP and ensure compliance with Essity’s global standards.
Supplier Communication: Manage email correspondence and resolve queries promptly.
Internal Support: Address tickets from internal stakeholders, including factory teams.
Account Reconciliation: Investigate discrepancies such as direct debits without invoices and liaise with suppliers for resolution.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Regional Support: Provide accounts payable services for France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency across all tasks.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
Previous experience in an accounts payable role.
You bring strong organizational skills, a proactive learning mindset, a high sense of accountability and integrity, and a collaborative spirit with a natural willingness to help others.
Familiarity with Office 365 and SAP.
Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
