As a Sr. Associate - BPA Deal Desk supporting the US Surgical Business Planning and Financial Analysis department, you will be trusted to partner with the sales team to structure deals out of our Fort Worth, TX location. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Perform ad hoc and structured financial analysis to inform business decisions and drive value for Alcon.

• Maintain and monitor Surgical Pricing Guidelines.

• Ensure contract proposal pricing is within guidelines and that proposals have been reviewed and have the appropriate level of approval prior to financial approval.

• Consult with Legal, IT and Finance departments.

• Make suggestions for changes in processes to automate, make more accurate or efficient.

• Analyze, track and report on the financial performance of completed deals to Senior management.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
