Location: Kent, WA (on-site) Pay: $23/hour to start $25–$26/hour after 3 months Shift: Swing, Monday–Friday (5x10s) — 3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM Type: Full-time

What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor heavy industrial production equipment
- Maintain consistent output and quality on a busy production line
- Follow all safety and standard operating procedures
- Support the production team to keep things running smoothly

- Comfortable operating heavy industrial equipment
- Able to thrive in a physical, hands-on environment
- Reliable and consistent with your schedule
- Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
