We’re now looking for a dynamic, relationship‑focused Authorised Dealer & Regional Wholesale Manager to champion growth across our QLD Regional network.

What You’ll Be Doing
Grow & Support the Authorised Dealer Network
Build strong, face‑to‑face relationships with regional Authorised Dealers
Coach and support dealers to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence
Conduct regular site visits, audits and business reviews
Lead dealer engagement initiatives including conferences and councils
Manage dealer contracts, warranties, compliance and brand standards
Drive Wholesale Sales & New Business
Retain and grow revenue across your regional wholesale customer base
Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
Support on-boarding of new wholesale customers, ensuring pricing and delivery accuracy
Promote sales initiatives and maximise regional market share
Deliver Sales Results
Execute tactical and strategic plans to achieve sales targets
Monitor monthly performance and manage account activity cycles
Expand service coverage by identifying and on-boarding high‑quality dealers
Reduce leakage and maximise revenue opportunities
Champion Customer Delight
Ensure regional B2B and consumer customers receive exceptional service
Resolve escalations and turn detractors into promoters
Support dealers with advertising, brand alignment and stock management
Liaise with distribution teams to minimise warranty and supply issues
Enhance Productivity & Efficiency
Support central billing processes and account reconciliation
Coordinate tools, equipment and training needs for the dealer network
Maintain strong communication through visits, calls and digital platforms
Lead with Safety
Model and uphold O’Brien’s health, safety and well-being standards
Follow safe work procedures and support risk assessments
Report hazards, incidents and complete required safety training
What You’ll Bring
Essential
Proven success achieving sales targets in a service‑based environment
Strong account management and relationship‑building skills
Experience managing complex operational environments
Ability to work with limited data and make sound decisions
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
Solid computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Desirable
Tertiary qualifications
Experience in automotive, trade, distribution or similar industries
