Credentialing- Senior Associate

Location: Gurugram (Onsite)
Experience: 4-5 Years
Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
• Complete and submit provider enrollment applications with insurance payers.
• Track application statuses and follow up with payers to ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain accurate provider records and credentialing documentation.
• Verify provider qualifications, licenses, certifications, and work history.
• Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
• Resolve credentialing-related issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain CAQH profiles and update provider information as required.
• Generate reports and provide regular status updates on credentialing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in US Healthcare Credentialing.
• Strong knowledge of provider enrollment, credentialing, and re-credentialing processes.
• Hands-on experience with CAQH, NPI, PECOS, and payer portals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and credentialing management tools.
