Your job
As an HR Partner Specialist, you will support leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes, and contribute to delivering Accenture's people agenda.
You will partner closely with HR teams, business stakeholders, Employee Relations, Talent teams, and other Corporate Functions to drive engagement, performance, retention and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR advisor for employees and people leads on a broad range of HR topics.
- Support the execution of the annual talent cycle, including performance achievement, promotions, talent discussions and career development activities.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and Belgian employment legislation.
- Partner with leadership to identify workforce challenges, people risks and opportunities, and contribute to action plans.
- Support organizational changes, internal mobility, transfers, restructuring initiatives and workforce planning activities.
- Coach managers on people management topics, employee engagement, performance management and difficult conversations.
- Manage complex employee cases in collaboration with Employee Relations and other specialist teams when required.
- Ensure efficient execution of HR processes within Workday and maintain high standards of data quality and compliance.
- Analyze workforce metrics and people insights to support business decision-making.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and business performance.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues across Belgium, France, Mauritius and global teams to ensure a consistent employee experience.
- Promote Accenture's culture of inclusion, wellbeing, ethics and compliance.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Advisory, HR Business Partnering or a related HR function.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all organizational levels.
- Good understanding of Belgian employment legislation and HR practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and provide recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and either Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the other national language.
Preferred
- Experience working in a large, international and matrixed organization.
- Experience supporting employee relations cases and organizational change initiatives.
- Knowledge of Workday
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with HR reporting and workforce analytics.
