Under the direction of the HR Manager and in collaboration with the Sr HRIS Analyst, the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst will support and maintain the organization’s HRIS applications and modules. The HRIS Analyst will partner with HR, IT, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, HRBP teams and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Pay Range: $58,926 - $88,379/annually
Employment Type: Full Time Days, 80 hours every 2 weeks
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
This position requires employees to reside in Michigan and work on-site on designated in-office days.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field is required
- Minimum of five years of related experience required.
- Workday configuration experience, preferred
This is What You'll Do:
- Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to both internal and external HRIS users.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvement and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions.
- Manage permissions, access, personalization and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Program custom functionality such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports. Maintain instructional documentation of same.
- Compile or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for all levels of leadership.
- Serve as representative and liaison between HR, Information Technology, external vendors and partners, and other key stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation.
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS business practice, vendor relations and technical advancement.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Human Resource policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, and applicable state and federal employment law to ensure the HRIS meets all organization needs and goals.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 or related software applications.
