Level 3 Room Leader
£28,000–£30,000 per year | 40 Hours per Week
As a Level 3 Room Leader, you'll take the lead in creating an inspiring environment where children are encouraged to explore their interests, develop independence, and build the skills they need for the future. Alongside supporting children's individual learning journeys, you'll guide and motivate your room team, ensuring consistently high standards of care and education.
Every room has been carefully designed with age-appropriate resources that bring learning to life through play, both indoors and outdoors.
