As a Travel Support Representative, you will deliver top-notch customer care to global travelers, assisting with flights, hotels, car rentals, and more to ensure smooth and enjoyable trips.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service across various channels (inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat).
- Address customer queries with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products, services, and travel policies.
- Engage in activities to boost customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Accurately document and retrieve call information in our systems.
Skill Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
- Strong computer literacy and internet navigation skills.
- Minimum high school diploma, with relevant customer service experience preferred.
- Highly flexible, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-player attitude.
