Dir, Team Specialist, P3, Product Support & Services IM : Job Level - Director

> Provide senior-level functional support to MSIM Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Portfolio Administrators through the Trade Management System (Aladdin).
> Independently manage end-to-end Fixed Income trade confirmation and settlement across global markets.
> Monitor trade flows from Aladdin to Middle Office teams and Custodians, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
> Lead Trade Affirmation and Confirmation using DTCC CTM, ALERT, and custodian platforms.
> Perform prematching, settlement oversight, and aged fails management.
> Act as a senior subject-matter expert and escalation point for complex or high-risk trade settlement issues.
> Partner closely with Brokers, Custodians, and Clearing Agents to resolve trade discrepancies and settlement breaks.
> Support daily exception management, reconciliations, and control execution across the trade lifecycle.
> Contribute to process improvement, standardisation, and automation initiatives.
> Support UAT, prod-parallel, and transformation efforts related to Fixed Income trade processing.
> Flexible to operate in Rotational Shift - Asia / EMEA / US shift as per the Business needs > Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
> 9+ years of experience in Fixed Income Trade Support, Trade Confirmation, or Settlements.
> Deep hands-on expertise in Fixed Income trade confirmation, prematching, settlement processing, and fails management.
> Strong working knowledge of DTCC CTM and ALERT.
> Experience working directly with custodian banks and agent banks.
> Strong knowledge of Fixed Income securities, settlement conventions, and market practices.
> Working knowledge of BRS Aladdin is a PLUS.
> Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
> Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with trading desks and senior stakeholders.
> Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global / night-shift operating model.
