Summary:
As an Enterprise Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive information technology solutions that span the entire organization. This role requires envisioning and structuring complex systems to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. The professional collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural framework aligns with business goals and industry standards, continuously seeking innovative approaches to improve enterprise-wide technology landscapes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and enforcement of architectural standards and best practices across projects.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture principles and enterprise-wide technology frameworks.
- Experience with performance monitoring, fault detection, and capacity planning in large-scale IT environments.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and recommend scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to support cross-platform interoperability.
- Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies to determine their applicability within the enterprise context.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
