Position Overview
The Accounts Payable Senior Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely payment of assigned vendors in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as government laws and regulations in a high volume, fast paced, time-sensitive environment. This includes but is not limited to accumulating the proper payment documents, review of documents for completeness and accuracy, payment of the verified documents within prescribed time period and filing of completed invoice packets. Also, responsible for manually matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents and entering data from all matched invoices and/or write debits where applicable. In addition, this position is required to thoroughly understand the departmental policies, processes, and procedures, assist with cross training other A/P staff, and perform special projects for the Management team.A Day in the Life

Education:
High school diploma required – Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years related Accounts Payable experience.
