Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Duty reporting tables and project reporting

  • Organize, label, and store project reporting outputs in the designated shared/project folder structure.

Documentation collection and management (7501s)

  • Gather required U.S. CBP 7501s (Customs entry forms) for assigned projects and place them in the project’s dedicated folder for processing.

Quality and controls

  • Perform reconciliation and cross-checks between project tables and underlying documentation to ensure accuracy and internal consistency.

  • Maintain audit-ready documentation practices: version control, naming discipline, and clear handoffs.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong Excel skills; comfortable creating, updating, and QA’ing structured tables

  • Comfortable working with PDF documentation and document organization

  • Detail-oriented and quality-driven; high integrity; consistently cross-checks work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience (or coursework) in logistics, customs, global trade compliance, import documentation, or brokerage processes
