Position Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Office & Business Operations
- Partner with the Managing Director to support the day-to-day management and operational rhythm of the India organization.
- Drive execution of business priorities by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely follow-through.
- Provide timely business updates, insights, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Leadership Governance
- Own the governance calendar for leadership meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), operational reviews, town halls, and executive visits.
- Ensure meetings are well planned, decisions are documented, and agreed actions are executed.
- Develop executive dashboards, presentations, and reports that provide clear visibility into organizational performance.
Cross-functional Execution
- Act as the central coordination point between the Managing Director and functional leaders.
- Build strong partnerships across HR, Finance, IT, Engineering, PMO, Facilities, Procurement, Security, Compliance, and other business functions.
- Facilitate collaboration, remove execution roadblocks, and drive accountability across departments.
Strategic Projects & Organizational Initiatives
- Coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives sponsored by the Managing Director.
- Partner with designated business functions to ensure successful planning and execution of key projects.
- Support organizational transformation, business process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
Talent & Organizational Development
- Partner with the HR team to support strategic people initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture-building programs.
- Work with business leaders to drive successful implementation of talent initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Support leadership capability-building initiatives that strengthen organizational performance.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Own the planning and execution of the organization's CSR strategy and annual CSR calendar.
- Build partnerships with internal stakeholders, NGOs, educational institutions, and community organizations.
- Ensure CSR initiatives align with organizational values and deliver measurable business and community impact.
- Monitor governance, compliance, reporting, and communication of CSR activities.
Business Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Consolidate business metrics into meaningful executive dashboards and reports.
- Analyse trends and recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through better governance, process optimization, and standardization.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Consulting, Strategy Execution, Business Excellence, or similar roles.
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization is preferred.
