As a Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to work with talented industry professionals, learn new skills, and contribute to our exciting culinary journey.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new and innovative dishes

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
