Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for an established community health organization in Huntington Park, California.

This unique opportunity is based directly on a middle school campus, providing convenient access to primary care for students, families, faculty, and the surrounding community. You'll practice in a mission-driven outpatient setting where preventive care, continuity, and community impact come together every day.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Practice in a unique school-based outpatient primary care clinic located on a middle school campus
• Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients
• Care for approximately 20-24 patients per day in a well-supported outpatient setting
• Build long-term patient relationships while improving healthcare access within the local community
• Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary healthcare team dedicated to preventive, relationship-based medicine

COMPENSATION
• $120-$125 Per Hour Based On Experience
• Federal & State Student Loan Repayment Eligibility

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No Call

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
• Care for patients across multiple age groups within a school-based community setting
• Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care
• Document patient encounters accurately within the EMR

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified Or Board Eligible In Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active California Medical License REQUIRED
• Active DEA Registration REQUIRED
• Passion For Community-Based Primary Care REQUIRED
• Strong Preventive Care And Patient Education Skills Preferred
