Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $46,500.00 - $70,875.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

·         Oversees daily operations of the office, including front desk, clinical support staff, and checkout functions

·         Manages team schedules across administrative and clinical staff to support provider schedules and patient flow

·         Directly supervises Medical Assistants, LPNs, ATCs, and administrative support staff

·         Monitors office efficiency throughout the day and intervenes to prevent delays

·         Provides at-the-elbow troubleshooting and operational support

·         Serves as primary escalation point for patient concerns and service recovery

·         Manages day-to-day operational needs for on-site physicians

·         Oversees administrative and clinical inventory

·         Completes end-of-day audits and reconciliation processes

·         Serves as primary back-up for staffing coverage

·         Promotes adherence to workflows, policies, and service standards
