Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process standard service transactions by following documented procedures, completing assigned work queues, and ensuring requests are handled accurately and on time.
  • Review and validate information by checking forms, system data, and transaction details to confirm required information is complete before processing.
  • Follow quality and compliance expectations by adhering to established controls, escalating questions or exceptions, and supporting accurate recordkeeping.
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners by communicating status updates, asking clarifying questions, and contributing to a reliable and service-focused processing environment
  • Come up with new ideas to improve in own work area. Identifies personal learning goals, leverages formal as well as informal learning mechanisms and prioritizes learning.
  • Interest in learning annuity, life insurance, or financial services operations
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and apply training to routine processing activities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Good written communication skills and ability to ask questions when clarification is needed
  • Basic organizational skills with the ability to manage assigned work and meet deadlines
  • Comfort using business systems, work queues, Microsoft Office, and standard productivity tools
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve
  • Demonstrates humility, respect, urgency, curiosity, and accountability
  • Setting challenging goals for own self, demonstrates a sense of urgency to deliver on these goals in a timely and efficient manner. Has attention for details and focuses on delivering first time right out puts in a timely manner
  • Conducts training for the team to ensure right skilling
  • Supports the AM by training people on process/domain as part of the growth plan to ensure high E-Sat
  • Handles/helps resolve escalations at the process level to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Contributes to process improvement ideation, creates comprehensive documentation, and trains team members on redesigned processes to continuously meet client expectations and internal business objectives.

Requirements Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Operations, financial services, insurance, or transaction processing experience
  • Good Communication skill with neutral accent
  • Good Knowledge about MS office tools
  • Bachelor’s degree (Non – Technical)
  • Rich experience in US Insurance platform Usage
  • Hands-on experience in US Insurance Domain, preferably Life insurance, annuities, and Retirement
  • Critical thinking, Quick Learner, Flexible
  • Open to Night Shifts (US Time zone)

Preferred Skillsets:

  • Proficiency in excel and typing is must. Minimum 35 WPM
  • Good English written & listening skills
