Structural Steel Shop Supervisor
Location: Cocoa Beach, FL
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Starting Pay: From $30.00 per hour (Higher starting pay available based on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Structural Steel Shop Supervisor to lead daily fabrication operations in a busy manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating shop activities, supporting production employees, and helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
The ideal candidate has experience supervising structural steel fabrication teams and is comfortable managing workflow, solving production challenges, and keeping projects on schedule.
