We're looking for Casual Dental Assistants to join our growing teams across Runaway Bay and Burleigh Heads. If you're looking for flexible work in modern practices with supportive teams, this could be the perfect opportunity.

We're seeking someone who enjoys variety in their role. Dental Assistant experience is preferred, and you'll also need to be comfortable working on reception or willing to learn, as supporting the front desk is an essential part of this position.

Days flexible based on your availability - Monday to Friday and weekend shifts available to suit you.

About the Role

As a Casual Dental Assistant, you'll enjoy a varied role supporting both the clinical and reception teams, including:

• Chair-side assistance across a range of dental procedures

• Sterilisation and infection control

• Reception duties including patient bookings, enquiries and payments

• Preparing treatment rooms and instruments

• Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service

What You'll Bring

• Dental Assistant experience preferred

• Reception experience highly regarded, or a willingness to learn reception duties is essential

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Understanding of infection control and sterilisation protocols

• A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
