Job Description:

The Senior Pre-development Specialist - Permitting involves communicating with building authorities to submit master plans and permit applications.
Key tasks include coordinating with external designers and project teams to prepare documentation and fostering long-term relationships with authorities for project approvals.

• Communication with building authorities, submission of applications for Master plans, various permits, including building and occupation permits, etc.
• Communication with external designers, Internal design team, Regional Directors and Project managers of individual buildings with aim of preparing project documentation.
• Communication with all concerned authorities in order to obtain their positive opinion on projects.
• Building long-term relationships with authorities.
