We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to support our warehouse operations, as well as the development of their associates.
Essential Functions:
- Receive, audit, and report inventory
- Maintain an organized facility
- Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
- Establish warehouse practices and protocols
- Remain well-versed on the latest federal and state safety regulations
- Communicate with other parties to ensure material is delivered promptly
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment
- Solar experience is a plus
- Ability to lead and maintain a safe work environment
- Ability to lift 50lbs frequently
- Ability to obtain a forklift operator certification depending on business needs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, and inventory management software
