Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a detail-oriented Certification Specialist to process applicant certifications, ensure compliance, and help families move into their new homes. At Hayes Gibson Property Services, we're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Certification Specialist to play a critical role in launching new affordable housing communities. You'll work directly with applicants to ensure they meet program requirements, complete certifications accurately, and are ready to move into their new homes as construction is completed.
This isn't just paperwork—it's helping build thriving communities from day one.
What You'll Do
Process initial applicant certifications for newly constructed affordable housing communities.
Review income, assets, eligibility, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Guide applicants through the certification process with professionalism and compassion.
Coordinate certification timelines with construction schedules to ensure homes are ready for move-in.
Maintain accurate files and documentation while ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations.
Partner with Community Managers, Leasing Professionals, and Compliance teams to help achieve occupancy goals.

Work Hours & Benefits:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility. Some Saturdays may be required until property meets goals.
