Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“Jamison”) is currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Mail Services Deputy Manager.

Job Title: Mail Services Deputy Manager


DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The Deputy On-Site Manager shall assist the On-Site Manager in the administration of all mail processing and distribution activities and shall assume full management responsibilities during the Manager's absence.


Responsibilities:

Assist with daily operational oversight.
Supervise mail clerks and drivers.
Coordinate staffing assignments.
Monitor workflow.
Assist with Quality Assurance inspections.
Coordinate employee scheduling.
Ensure operational continuity.
Provide training to newly hired personnel.
Serve as Acting On-Site Manager when required.
Assist with reporting requirements.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements
 

REQUIRED AND DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Three (3) years of mail center or postal experience.
Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to obtain all the required credentials

Location: On-Site- Bethesda, Rockville, and Gaithersburg locations

Schedule:

The CMF shall be operational between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays. Satellite mail facilities shall be operational between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday, except Federal holidays.

Clearance Level Required: Employment is contingent upon successfully completing any required background checks, in accordance with applicable law.
