Fan Milk PLC is looking for an experienced and analytical team member to join the business as a Trade Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for driving outdoor channel growth through the development and execution of strategic initiatives to expand the network of vendors and agents nationwide. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Trade Marketing.
The position is a permanent position based in Accra, GHANA.
About You
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or any relevant course of study with min 3 - 5 years experience
- Strong commercial background (Sales- and or Marketing)
- Very good interpersonal skills, along with oral and written communication.
- Good creativity, analytical, numerical and Presentation skills & argumentative approach.
- Decision making & able to react fast to changing environment.
- Customer/consumer shopper techniques
- Understands data/analytics and how to leverage within a CRM strategy.
- Insights generations and application
- Great interest in the consumer goods market, its banners and its competitors.
