Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

China Hong KongJob Responsibilities:
• Perform operation / administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner, including documents filing, sending out clients’ statements, policy records keeping, etc.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with internal departments on settlement of insurance premium and administrative follow up.
• Liaise with insurers and clients for administrative issues including collection of policies, premium, commission, etc.
• Compile daily transaction report & all necessary reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform ad hoc / routine sales support duties as required.
• Perform duties in full compliance with the CIB & CIBL’s Operations guidelines & requirements as well as the Regulatory Bodies’ Legal & Compliance Rules.
• Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
• Clearly communicate with the internal customers regarding their needs and expectations through active listening and proactive questioning skills.
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary education or above.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in administrative and operation support preferably in insurance field.
• Qualifications for relevant insurance licenses registration will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
