We Are Hiring
Location: Pensacola, FL - partial remote
Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart Medical Oncology Group
Schedule: Day | Full-time | Monday - Friday
Salary range: $18.31 - $23.43 per hour
What You Will Do
- Prepare and disseminate criteria to be used in obtaining free prescription medications for patients.
- Communicate with pharmaceutical companies to obtain approvals.
- Process paperwork and maintain computerized patient/program records.
- Reconcile Medicaid and third-party insurance payments.
What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Florida Board of Pharmacy preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
Medical insurance authorization.
