Join Align Aerospace, where our warehouse team keeps the aerospace industry flying safely and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing (No Two Days Are the Same!)
You’ll rotate through key warehouse functions, including:
Receiving
- Verify incoming product quantities and documentation
- Scan and put away inventory using our ERP system
- Keep inventory accurate with cycle counts
Shipping
- Prep pallets, boxes, labels, BOLs, and tracking
- Ship domestic & international orders
- Schedule pickups and ensure on-time deliveries
Pick, Pack & Kitting
- Pick and pack parts with speed and accuracy
- Build customer kits to spec
- Scan barcodes and keep materials flowing
Inventory Support
- Locate missing parts
- Process special shipments, PODs, and priority orders

Requirements
What Success Looks Like
You’ll know you’re winning when you:
- Hit daily productivity targets (pick/pack, receiving, shipping, kitting)
- Maintain accuracy—right part, right place, right time
- Are flexible and ready to help wherever the operation needs you
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of warehouse or similar experience
- Comfortable lifting up to 45 lbs solo (50 lbs+ with assistance)
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Shipping experience highly preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
