Job Description:
This position is responsible for daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, banking operations, and Treasury support for the entities in US, Canada and LATAM region. He/ She ensures accurate cash forecasting, intercompany payment execution, efficient bank account structure and strong internal controls. This position also works closely with Global Business Services, Accounting, Tax, Operations, and external banking partners to support the organization's liquidity and financial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Review daily cash positioning and liquidity activities across domestic and international operations.
- Monitor entity’s cash balance, funding requirements and intercompany cash movements.
- Support short-term cash forecasting processes and work closely with Treasury Finance on long-term funding strategies if necessary.
- Identify opportunities to optimize liquidity and improve cash utilization.
- Perform bank account administration and banking platform management and ensure they are within the guidelines.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external banking partners and resolve banking-related operational issues and escalations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to address business banking needs.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Treasury and cash management principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems and banking portals
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent – Preferred
- Bilingual English/ Spanish - Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- This position is an internal Grade Level 20E
- Candidate must be geographically located in the same region as position or willing to self-relocate
- This is a hybrid position which requires being in office at our Atlanta, Georgia, location 3 days a week
