What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome every client with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.
- Help clients find the perfect fit with our Elements Wellness Program using a simple, relationship-focused sales process.
- Build lasting relationships by listening first and recommending what truly benefits each client.
- Turn everyday conversations into amazing client experiences.
- Schedule appointments, process payments, and keep the front desk running smoothly.
- Be an essential part of creating the relaxing atmosphere our clients love.
You're a Great Fit If You...
- Love meeting new people and making someone else's day.
- Are naturally friendly, positive, and a great listener.
- Enjoy sales because you believe in helping people—not pressuring them.
- Have retail, customer service, hospitality, or spa experience (a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!).
- Feel comfortable using computers and scheduling systems.
