Job Description

1. Screening of VC funds globally (including but not limited to North America and Europe) and subsequent underwriting of deals which can be in the form of fund commitments or co-investing into direct deals

- Conduct diligence

- Qualitative and quantitative analysis

- Prepare IC memo

- Prepare cash flow model

- Work with legal counsel on review of legal documents

2. Assist in all aspects of the investment process, including drafting investment recommendations, presenting to investment committees, obtaining internal approvals and closing documentation.

3. Portfolio management:

- Liaise with VC managers and maintain dialogue on a regular basis to monitor fund and deal level performance

- Liaise with CDIB internal team on performance tracking, documentation, and reporting

- Work closely with deal team and VC managers on portfolio tracking

- Conduct valuation reviews and draft update reports on a regular basis

4. Harvest and screen co-investment opportunities with VC funds

5. Work with LPs and other sources of potential co-investors to conduct diligence on funds or direct investment opportunities

基本條件及能力要求:
- 學歷 : Bachelor's or Master degree in finance, business, economics, or related fields
- 工作經驗 : at least 2-3 years of experience in conducting venture capital related investments
- 其他專業條件: Financial Analysis and Communication Skills
- 相關證照 : MBA or CFA certification is a plus
- 語言能力 (language) : Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
