Propósito del Rol:  

Como Business Development Executive, trabajarás estrechamente con fabricantes tecnológicos clave para comprender sus áreas estratégicas de enfoque, transformarlas en planes de negocio accionables y garantizar una ejecución impecable a través de equipos multifuncionales.

Esta posición actúa como el vínculo estratégico entre las prioridades de los fabricantes y los equipos internos responsables de la ejecución, asegurando el crecimiento del negocio, la expansión de la cuota de mercado y una sólida colaboración con los fabricantes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Comprender las prioridades estratégicas de los fabricantes y transformarlas en planes de negocio claros.

  • Coordinarse con los equipos internos para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los planes acordados.

  • Realizar el seguimiento del rendimiento, identificar riesgos y recomendar acciones correctivas.

  • Priorizar, Resolver y Escalar Solicitudes cuando sea necesario.

  • Construir relaciones sólidas con fabricantes y partes interesadas internas.

  • Preparar revisiones de negocio, informes de rendimiento y presentaciones.

Conocimientos, Habilidades y Esperiencia:

  • Experiencia en Desarrollo de Negocio y Ventas.

  • Gran capacidad para desarrollar planes de negocio y convertir estrategias en acciones concretas.

  • Experiencia apoyando la ejecución de iniciativas de ventas y marketing.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación empresarial.

  • Inglés (B2-C1) es valorable.

  • Dominio de Microsoft Office 365.

  • Sólidas habilidades analíticas, de planificación y resolución de problemas.

  • Capacidad para gestionar stakeholders y desarrollar relaciones profesionales de manera efectiva.

  • Estilo de comunicación claro, honesto y transparente.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma mientras se colabora eficazmente con equipos multidisciplinares.

  • Comprensión de la dinámica del mercado, los impulsores comerciales y las palancas de crecimiento empresarial.
