FA sets the standard for excellence in this industry with its state-of-the-art technology and best in class escrow and underwriting teams.First American is looking to add a Title Assistant to our growing team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Title team in a wide range of administrative duties. This position plays a key role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process.
What You’ll Do:
- Delivers and picks up documents, mail, messages, packages
- Maintains a log of items picked up and delivered
- Gathers information to resolve title issues
- Maintains and creates logs, reports, records, and files
- Verifies and updates information
- Communicates professionally with all customers
What You’ll Bring:

- Ability to keep track of multiple documents and itemize
- Excellent verbal and written communication with both our internal team and external customers

- High school diploma or equivalent
