Woking Hospital | Radiography | Permanent | Full-Time  

Competitive depending on experience 

37.5 hours per week

As a Mammographer at our Woking Hospital, you’ll bring advanced technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately. You have a great eye for detail and you’re caring by nature. As well as a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), you have a postgraduate qualification in an area of specialisation. 

 

As a Mammographer, you will: 

  • Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload  

  • Work with leading practitioners in the department, on the ward and in theatre 

  • Experience new practices, equipment and facilities 

  • Develop policies, procedures and junior colleagues 

  • See each patient as an individual and operate with understanding and empathy 

  • Provide a service of the highest quality, with sensitivity and compassion

We are registered for 27 beds with en-suite facilities on the Ward, two Theatres with facilities including lamina flow and one Minor Operating Theatre, Pre-Assessment,

Physiotherapy clinic, Onsite Pharmacy, Mammography, Xray and Ultrasound, with nine consulting rooms in Outpatients.
