Outside Sales Representative

What You'll Do:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll sell our top-tier pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers. You’ll play a crucial role in your community, ensuring homes and families are safe and comfortable by understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Present sales estimates and offers to potential customers.

- Complete sales duties, including inspections and follow-ups.

- Inspect homes for pests and recommend solutions.

- Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales team, and Technicians.

- Work with the Branch Manager to identify revenue opportunities.

- Create proposals addressing pest issues and suggest additional services.

- Follow up on past proposals to secure sales.

- Seek and secure new commercial and B2B clients.

- Develop strategic plans to target key markets and achieve sales goals.

- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Track and report sales activities and client interactions.

- Educate clients on our products and services.

- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

- Travel locally within your territory.

Qualifications:

- Previous sales experience is required.

- Understanding of pest control regulations and practices.

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

- Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- High School diploma or GED required.

Skills Needed:

- Ability to meet productivity standards safely.

- Regular and punctual attendance.

- Clear communication to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.

- Valid driver’s license and compliance with company driving standards.

- Obtain Branch Level 2 or 3 certification, or secure the necessary license from the California Pest Board within 90 days of hiring.

Physical Demands:

- Expect extensive driving and walking.

- Long hours on the phone and personal contact with customers.

- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and handle 11–20 lbs regularly.

- Comfort around various pests and in tight spaces.

- Safe operation of a company vehicle.

- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.

Compensation Package:

-Hourly rate- Bonus opportunities

- Commission pays

- Performance and quarterly bonuses
