Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Community Counseling Solutions in Hermiston, Oregon.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide direct nursing care for adult behavioral health patients during overnight hours.
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, complete nursing assessments, and document clinical progress.
- Respond to behavioral health crises while maintaining a safe, therapeutic treatment environment.
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and the multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
- Practice with autonomy while receiving strong clinical and administrative support.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive hourly rate from $53.94-$65.29 based on experience.
- Weeknight shift differential of +$2.50/hour.
- Weekend shift differential of +$4.00/hour.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Ability to administer medications and complete nursing documentation accurately.
- Comfortable caring for behavioral health patients in an inpatient setting.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
- Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
