How You’ll Make an Impact
Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Use market data and insights to inform sourcing decisions.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
Promote Hitachi Energy’s employer brand across sourcing channels.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact onward.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree and 3–8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, or 6+ years without a degree.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Familiarity with U.S. hiring regulations (OFCCP, DOL).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Experience in sourcing for Engineering, IT, Executives, and other technical positions.
