About the Opportunity

Reclatam has partnered with a growing, modern solo personal injury law firm to find a premier Legal Assistant / Case Manager.

Built on high standards, autonomy, and excellent client care, this firm currently consists of the founding Attorney and this new pivotal role.

Because this is a lean, highly efficient operation, you won't be micro-managed. Instead, you will be given the trust, freedom, and authority to truly own your desk. The firm handles a docket of roughly 30 deeper, high-stakes cases that frequently move into litigation.

If you want to help build a practice from the ground up and be rewarded for its success, this is your launchpad.

The Role: What You'll Do

  • Take charge of high-volume medical record, bill, lien, and legal pleading retrieval for litigation-bound personal injury cases.
  • Aggressively request, track, and organize documents while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Take full ownership of the Attorney's calendar, including litigation deadlines, court appearances, depositions, and scheduling.
  • Maintain exceptionally organized case files and accurately update all information in CloudLex.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing empathetic and professional communication.
  • Communicate daily with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and vendors through RingCentral and Outlook.
  • Anticipate the Attorney's needs, solve problems independently, and continuously improve workflows.
  • Help build and strengthen the firm's operational processes as it continues to grow.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Personal Injury experience.
  • Previous experience supporting litigation cases is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience managing document-heavy case files and medical record retrieval.
  • Excellent follow-up skills with a proven ability to keep cases organized and moving forward.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
  • Strong proficiency with legal software and communication platforms.
  • Experience with CloudLex, Outlook, and RingCentral is a significant advantage.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and client communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • True autonomy with no corporate bureaucracy or micromanagement.
  • Unlimited growth potential as one of the firm's first key hires.
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities tied to the firm's success.
  • Direct partnership with the founding attorney in a collaborative and modern work environment.
