Job Description:

Acts as an experienced individual contributor in the execution of research projects to support the discovery and process, formulation, and analytical development and molecular engineering of Biotherapeutic entities, as well as new processes and technologies for biologics discovery.

Contributes to the design of lead biologic candidates and works to implement next generation targeting technologies for a variety of Biotherapeutic modalities.

Analyzes new and emerging targeting technologies to enhance process quality of Biotherapeutics and finds uses with existing workflows.

Identifies independently new and emerging technologies for

CI’s, new methods

Generate results, provides patent applications

Interacts with cross site/functional/ modality colleague’s – where he represents the department

Collects experimental results and provides patent applications, manuscripts, protocols, SOPs, technical reports, etc.

Ensures all information obtained in experiments is recorded according to established procedures, and that records and raw data are properly retained.

Supports the Biotherapeutic team through consultation as a project lead.

Interacts with internal and external colleagues for a specified project (CMC teams).

Apply technical expertise to solve less complex technical problems and business processes and ensures that remedial actions are taken whenever test systems fail to meet acceptable performance specifications.

Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.

Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€64,000.00 - €103,040.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
