Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst with proficiency in German to join our team. The successful individual will play a key role in requirements and process analysis, quality assurance of requirements, and the coordination of concepts and interfaces across business, testing, and design domains. This position also involves monitoring and improving Document Management Systems (DMS), conducting error analysis, and providing support for system architecture.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of requirements and business processes in finance to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Perform quality assurance activities related to requirements documentation and validation.
- Develop and manage concepts and interfaces that bridge business needs, testing procedures, and design specifications.
- Monitor Document Management Systems (DMS) performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze errors and discrepancies to identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
- Provide support and consultation regarding system architecture to facilitate robust and scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- At least five years of professional experience in requirements and process analysis or related fields.
- Fluency in German, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Proven experience in quality assurance of requirements and process documentation.
- Strong understanding of business, testing, and design integration and interfaces.
- Familiarity with Document Management Systems (DMS) and their optimization.
- Analytical skills to perform error analysis and problem-solving.
- Ability to support system architecture discussions and decisions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
