Vice President of Operations

Pack On The Go is a 20 year established contents management company serving the state of Florida. We specialize in full-service contents solutions, including packing, detailed inventory, secure storage, contents restoration coordination, and return of property after loss. We partner with carriers, adjusters, contractors, and property managers to protect and manage personal property during insurance claims and catastrophic events.

With two locations operating three hours apart, we are entering our next phase of growth and are seeking a strong operational leader to help scale the organization.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee and unify operations across both locations. This individual will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for operational performance, profitability, accountability, systems development, and leadership across the company.

This is a company-level leadership position with full operational oversight, not a single location manager role. The right candidate will bring structure, financial discipline, and leadership maturity to a growing service business.
