About the Department

The Wholesale Banking function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Overview of the Role

The FSCM Implementation Manager will focus in managing FSCM implementation and ensure smooth implementation E2E and improve client experience

Job Responsibilities

• Support Complex FSCM Pitch or RFP (Including supporting from technical implementation perspective:

(a) guiding internal deal team on system set-up processes, providing indicative implementation milestone & timelines for pitching; and

(b) supporting/ conducting system demo and system features explanation to clients)

• Technical Implementation & Project Management of FSCM & Complex Trade Deals (End-to-end technical Implementation & project management: incl providing and managing project milestone & timeline to completion/ go-live)
• Conduct System Demo, Testing, Training, etc to ensure Anchor & Spokes are familiar with FSCM System usage
• Handle FSCM Documenation for Anchor & Spokes onboarding, including liaising with relevant stakeholders for Account opening
• Country FSCM Implementation Dashboard & Report

​(Reports include monthly active implementation activities:
(a) Update progress on New Anchors under implementation in SG;
(b) Update progress on Existing Anchors with new Spokes implementation in SG; 
(c) Track and report on Spokes calling success rate for Spokes list provided by Anchor managed under Onboarding Sales Calling for SF-IPU & SF/DF with Credit Underwriting Framework in SG; and
(d) Track and report progress of Anchors and Spokes prospect list loaded on CRM (Leads) to deals (Pipeline); and
(e) Provide analystics on conversion rate with recommendation of areas of improvements to management)

• Work closely with FSCM hunters and FSCM Program Manager to ensure smooth implementation and improved client experience for both Anchors and Spokes

Job Requirements

Mandatory:

• Holder of a University Degree from a recognized University
• 5+ years of transaction banking experience in sales and/or product management position focusing on Trade/Supply Chain.  Experience in Supply Chain is preferrable
• Conversant in Trade and Supply Chain management solutions, both at the domestic and regional level.
• Good working knowledge of international Trade practices, and ability to articulate value propositions from a working capital perspective.
• Possess working knowledge of electronic banking delivery, Host-to-Host solutions, ERP, Treasury Management Systems and SWIFT. 
• Good understanding of BASEL III regulations and implications on liquidity and transaction banking solutions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and possession of good presentation skills.
• Must be highly motivated and possess good initiative.  Must be a good team player with strong collaborative skills.
• Regional travelling is expected.
