About the Role
Our client, an international healthcare and medical technology group, is seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Sales Representative – Fillers to join its Dermatology business in Egypt. The role will be responsible for driving sales and achieving assigned revenue, gross-profit, collection, and customer-development targets across Cairo East and the Canal Region. This is a highly urgent position and requires a candidate who is currently based in New Cairo, Rehab, or Madinaty and is able to cover the assigned territory effectively.
Role Purpose
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's dermatology and aesthetic filler portfolio to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and other relevant healthcare customers. The successful candidate will develop new business opportunities, grow existing accounts, build strong customer relationships, conduct professional product presentations and detailing, follow up on quotations and sales opportunities, and provide effective pre- and post-sales support.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant sales experience, with direct sales experience being highly preferred and considered the first priority. Experience within dermatology, aesthetic fillers, plastic surgery, dermatology pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or cosmeceuticals will be highly relevant. Candidates with established relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics, or private healthcare accounts will be particularly suitable. A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biomedical Engineering, or another relevant field is required.
The candidate should be highly presentable, professional, confident, and customer-oriented, with an excellent command of English and strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. The role requires a proactive and resilient individual with strong territory-management abilities, commercial awareness, and a proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships. A valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory are required.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will achieve assigned sales, gross-profit, collection, and product-mix targets by developing and executing effective territory and account plans. The role will involve identifying and converting new customer opportunities, expanding existing accounts, conducting regular customer visits, and maintaining strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.
The incumbent will conduct product presentations and detailing, prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate and close sales, and ensure appropriate customer follow-up throughout the sales cycle. The role will also coordinate with internal applications, service, sales, marketing, and supplier teams to support product demonstrations, training, installations, and post-sales activities where required.
The Sales Representative will continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer feedback, and emerging business opportunities, providing relevant market intelligence to the Sales Manager. The role will also support congresses, workshops, product launches, customer events, and other approved marketing activities.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate CRM, customer, pipeline, forecast, quotation, and activity records, submit timely reports, provide realistic sales forecasts, follow up on collections and outstanding receivables, and ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and approved promotional practices.
Compensation & Benefits
The company offers a competitive compensation package, which will be determined based on the candidate's experience and current package. In addition, the role offers an attractive performance-based annual incentive scheme, with eligibility from 80% achievement, 5 months of basic salary at 100% achievement, 7 months at 110%, and 10 months at 120% achievement. Additional benefits include medical insurance, social insurance, and a car allowance.
Important Screening Criteria
This is a Cairo East-based and highly urgent opportunity. Candidates must be residents of New Cairo, Rehab, or Madinaty and have the ability to cover Cairo East plus the Canal Region. Direct sales experience is strongly preferred, particularly within aesthetics, fillers, dermatology, or related healthcare sectors.
Candidates from Medical Phelix and Galderma should be excluded from the search, as agreed with the client.
