Quality Control Inspector

Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Bethel, CT!

This is a 1st shift position with core hours from 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

The hourly range for this position is $27-$30 per hour.

## What you’ll do:

Eaton's Bethel, CT facility is a premier manufacturer in the aerospace industry specializing with creating components for commercial, military, and space technologies. Our team helped support the recent Artimus 2 launch with 65 parts from the plant used in the launch.

The Quality Control Inspector will support our QC department. This role involves extensive, detail-oriented documentation for package creation.

In this role, you will:

• Read and interpret blueprints of machined and electronic parts
• Perform dimensional inspection of machined parts using calipers, micrometers, drop gages etc.
• Inspect electronics for soldering conformity.
• Validate that supplier certificates of conformity meet engineering specifications
• Inspect and certify quality control paperwork. Transact operations on electronic systems.

## Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality functional role in a manufacturing environment required.
