POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand, social media, and content strategy for a luxury resort in Grand Cayman. The ideal candidate is equally strong in strategy and execution, with the ability to shoot, edit, and publish content independently while driving meaningful brand and commercial results. This is a 100% on-site role.

 

• Own and manage social media across all platforms for the hotel and its food and beverage outlets, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
• Produce high-quality photography, videography, and Reels on-site to showcase the property and dining experiences
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, local engagement, and food and beverage revenue
• Manage the marketing budget, content calendars, and PR activities, including media pitches and influencer partnerships
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing on commercial strategy, promotions, and performance reporting

 

• 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, or lifestyle brands
• Hands-on photography and videography skills with the ability to produce and publish content independently
• Strong social media content creation experience across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative tools; graphic design experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of food and beverage marketing and hotel commercial strategy
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred

 

• Salary: $79,000 to $85,000 USD per annum
