This position reports to:
Finance Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.
The work model for the role is: onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Performs analyses of business performance versus plan and proposes improvement actions. Supports the preparation of the relevant organization’s financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepares financial modelling for various hypotheses and assesses impact to factory with special focus on product / business line profitability, product costing, production variances, over/under-absorption analysis / inventory analysis.
- Provides information to the management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
- Champion automation and digitalization of processes, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query. Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning, and analysis processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, tax and other related majors; Manufacturing background is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Strong analytical skill and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of organization
- Be able to multi-task and perform well in fast-paced
- Strong English listening and speaking ability
- Have digital-competency in the finance domain
