## About this opportunity

The Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility (SCR) Program Manager for Latin America will help position Ericsson as a trusted sustainability leader by translating strategy into impactful programs across LATAM.

This role will work closely with customers, senior leaders, Customer Units, governments, industry organizations, educational institutions and communities to advance climate action, digital inclusion and broader sustainability initiatives throughout the region.

The successful candidate will combine strong sustainability expertise with program management, executive communication and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. This person will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building partnerships and delivering measurable outcomes that support Ericsson’s sustainability ambitions across Latin America.

## What you will do

• Lead the deployment of Ericsson’s Sustainability & Corporae Responsibility strategy across Latin America.
• Design and execute sustainability, digital inclusion and corporate responsibility programs with customers, governments, educational institutions and communities.
• Lead customer-facing sustainability engagements, executive briefings and strategic initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the region.
• Develop sustainability proof points, impact measurements and executive-level narratives.
• Support sustainability-related customer requests, including RFIs and RFPs.
• Represent Ericsson at industry forums, conferences and external engagements.
• Leverage AI and data-driven approaches to improve research, reporting, communications and program execution.

## The skills you bring

• 8+ years of experience in Sustainability, Corporate Reponsibility, ESG, Social Impact, or a related field.
• Strong sustainability expertise, including sustainability reporting, Net Zero concepts, carbon emissions and impact measurement.
• Proven program management experience, with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and executive presence, with confidence engaging customers, senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Telecommunications experience preferred; broader technology industry experience is also highly valued.
• Native/fluent Spanish and professional English; Portuguese is a plus.
